Bio
I'm a Ph.D. Candidate in Computer Science at McGill University, studying artificial intelligence in video games. Specifically, I'm developing a model-driven design approach using Statecharts to streamline the development of AIs powering non-player characters. I'm a part of the Games Research @ McGill (gr@m) lab, and supervised by Jörg Kienzle and Clark Verbrugge.
I received my Masters in Computer Science from Queen's University in 2008. Research there focused on the automatic generation of concurrency control code through the use of discrete-event systems. My supervisors were Juergen Dingel and Karen Rudie.
