Shell- and Python- scripting for image-processing automation
I work on shell-scripting pipelines to automate large-scale image processing on a remote computing cluster. This has included both building the image processing software used in a virtual environment and automating the build process to make it more accessible. I have also written shell-scripts in order to submit a job to the computing cluster, and shell- and Python- scripts to manipulate outputs once they have been successfully processed.
Database implementation for easy image retrieval
I am currently in the process of implementing a database in a virtual environment in a remote cluster for image organization and retrieval. This project will require me to model the database implementation and translate the implementation via using SQL and a virtual environment.
Machine learning expertise
I have extensive experience in machine learning from self-learning, my current job, and my fornal studies. At my job, I work with a convolutional neural network and have developed an intimate knowledge of machine learning networks.
