Lord Chancellor painting

The image appears to be a coloured engraving by H. T. Ryall, after a painting by Charles Robert Leslie. It depicts Lord Cottenham. Both artists are 19th century. Markalexander100 09:39, 25 Jun 2004 (UTC)
