The simplest Bell's theorem, with or without locality
Charles Tresser
abstract: We prove here a version of Bell's Theorem that is simpler than any previous
one. The contradiction of Bell's inequality with Quantum Mechanics in the new
version is not cured by non-locality so that this version allows one to single
out classical realism, and not locality, as the common source of all false
inequalities of Bell's type.

- 4 pages, no figure; Title, abstract and form of content revised to
reflect several talks' feedback and to refine some arguments, in particular
about the non-locality issue. Less background is assumed. The remark that the
new inequality was not one of Boole's Conndition of Possible Experience was
wrong
