The Computer Science Undergraduate Society (CSUS) is here to represent the student body. Everyone who is in Computer Science is a member of the CSUS, so you are all welcome to attend our biweekly meetings. If you should have any issues or concerns that you wish to express about the school of computer science (SOCS), we encourage you to attend a meeting and tell us, or you can always e-mail us at csus@cs.mcgill.ca

All work and no play makes Johnny a dull boy - so the CSUS is also here to promote participation in extra curricular events. This year, we are planning some social events such as a semi-formal, a wine and cheese, and a fund raiser event, just to name a few. We hope to see all of you at these events. There will be notices posted on our web page which can be found at http://www.cs.mcgill.ca/~csus and we will be sending e-mails to everyone.

The executive can usually be found at the CSUS lounge which is located Room 111N in the McConnell right near the labs. Here you can discuss issues in a less formal setting, or you can just hang out with us.

We will be putting together a team for SUS games which are held in the winter semester. Last year we had a great time, and this year it will be even better.

If you have any ideas for more events that the CSUS could host please e-mail them to us, or you can always e-mail me personally at diablo@cs.mcgill.ca

Have a great year, and we hope to see you at all the events.

Sincerely,

Barak Salvador Queija
President
Computer Science Undergraduate Society
