This directory contains files which are common to other portions of
the webpage.

The file "template.html" should be copied to wherever you wish to make
a page.   Fill in the section number, section name, and authors in the
appropriate places.   The contents of the page go between the
"<!-- BEGIN contents -->" and "<!-- END contents -->" delimiters.

The other files are all included in the template via server-side
includes, so modifications to them will globally modify all pages.
