Tasmanian Arboretum, Eugenana: White Gums. Long leaves turn sideways to sun to
conserve water; bark falls off to fuel (small) fires.
We were also introduced to the tree genus Nothofagus ("beech"; N. cunninghamii
is called "myrtle"). Leaves coriander-lke, veined; bark quite unlike beech.
