Tennis Zombies Open

Next Round Robin Feb 28
We utilize software that my friend who is a mathematician and ex atp pro developed http://tournamentdesign.com/. We play singles in round robin with each `match' being a total of 48(though sometimes 24 or 36) and record our scores in the software package which then computes ratings. Once it has enough data (which it gets after you have played 3 different opponents) you will be in the main rankings and it will predict(surprisingly accurately) future outcomes.
For example if you take a look at our results which I record here http://www.cs.mcgill.ca/~mdresc/ZombiesP.htm and scroll down you will see an entry:

Date...........Name.............Name......Result...equWin....Performance
2009-12-21....Alex.........Anthony.....18:18...15 - 21........7.0

what this means is that Alex played Anthony in a total of 36 points. The system predicted that Anthony would get 21 points and Alex 15. However since in the actual result Alex managed to get 18 points beating the prediction this scored 7.0 rating point gain for Alex.
The goal is to become tougher mentally and technically through this magnified competition.
