This bistro and patisserie superstore maintains a pleasant and smoke-free atmosphere. If you need to buy a cake or special treats, you won't be disappointed. Lately, I've been going there for espresso and raisin toast. On weekday mornings, the shop is quiet and lowkey, the opposite from the weekends! Yes, it is expensive. But, it is always excellent, and if you don't mind paying $3 for an almond croissant, you will be pleased. Besides that, there is a counter running along the interior walls of the shop, and the sun blasts through the windows and provides an oasis from the montreal winter.
