This page contains the research I conducted during my undergraduate and graduate studies at McGill University.

A preliminary version of my master's thesis is available for download here.

The machine learning toolbox created for the development of personalized seizure detection algorithms is available for download below. It is released under the Apache License, Version 2.0.

The following files contain EEG recordings from 6 rats suffering from temporal lobe epilepsy induced by injection of pilocarpine. These recordings were performed by the Montreal Neurological Institute.
