This project was the design of a relatively simple CPU and a small Assembly Language Code to demonstrate its power. You can read the details of the project under the "Mini Project" portion of this document. Because of the nature of the project, external documentation on this webpage is not needed. Every component of the CPU is accounted for in the text file.
The designing of the CPU was done in groups and my partner was the illustrious David Kawrykow. It took the both of us 5 whole days in the Computer Labs to bring this project to fruition. We created the documents using Open Office 2.0 and converted them into PDFs for compatibility. We ultimately bound the project into a book for a hard copy we handed in and recevied a grade of 13/10, the highest possible mark for this assignment.
The following files are the various components of the assignment:
Note: the above files are all PDF Documents and a PDF Viewer is needed to view them.
