The Opportunity: Technical Support Specialist

Work directly alongside company founders. Deliver technical support and problem solving to incredibly incredibly appreciative customers from all over the world. Develop Internet programming skills (HTML, Javascript, Python). Learn quantitative marketing skills (Google Analytics, Adwords, Google Display Network, Social networks). Expand systems and web administration skills.

The Must-Haves:

  • A uniquely broad range of technical and social abilities.
  • Critical thinking, a keen sense for first defining problems correctly and completely.
  • Creative thinking too, seriously, gotta have them both.
  • Technical Internet fundamentals.
  • Experience in a customer contact, support, sales or training capacity.
  • Fluent French and English.
  • Freaky Windows\PC skills.
