Winners of the 2006 Undergraduate Research Excellence Prize
The 2006 edition of the SOCS Summer Undergraduate Research Symposium was held August 31st. It was a a great success, with a total of 18 well-prepared and professionally-delivered presentations.
The winners of the 2006 Undergraduate Research Excellence Prize are:
- 1st Prize
- Maxime Chevalier-Boisvert: Adaptive Instruction Cache Optimizations
- 2nd Prize
- Zhentao Li: Linear Time Algorithm for Finding a K5-Model
- 3rd Prize
- Anqi Xu: Controlling an Aquatic Robot: Challenges and Solutions
The 3 winners have been invited to represent SOCS at the Faculty of Science Undergraduate Research Conference.
